FAQs
How long have you been doing assessments?
While we are a young consulting firm, our team has 40+ years of experience working in physical security, IT, and OT security. We bring our understanding of the real world and knowledge of the different controls.
Are you certified as a CMMC assessor?
Not yet. Obtaining a CMMC certification as an organization is a long process. However, we have team members who are Certified CMMC Professionals (CCP) and soon to have Certified CMMC Assessors. Even at that level, there is an extra step to becoming a certified assessment organization (C3PAO), which we will accomplish by 2025.
However, WE CAN provide you with CMMC guidance and provide internal assessments to evaluate your organization’s readiness to be assessed.
Do you do Facility Security Assessments?
Yes! We will work with your Facility Security Officer to produce your facility security assessment and the CG 6025/6025-A. Our team is experienced with working with the U.S. Coast Guard. Because of this experience, we are well suited to help prepare documents that are well received by the Coast Guard assessment teams and the Captains of the Ports (COTP).
